The Study on Rights of Voting and Elections

This paper deals with the study of Voting and Elections. Since India follows a democratic form of Government they can choose their own candidate. The leader who is one the people's person will be elected by the means of election. In the method of election voting is used to find the leader. Every citizen has the right to vote and to elect a leader as his/her wish. By casting the vote to the representatives, whoever wins the majority number of votes will be elected as a leader for that country. The leader plays an important role in the country. For the leader we play a very important role by casting the votes. As the generations move, youth are not interested in politics. Politics play a major role in the country and for the welfare of the people. It analyses why Indian youngsters are averse to political participation and what can be finished to make them lively partners in India’s democratic gadget. On the same hand the Women are also less in number due to various reasons. This research follow non doctrinal type of research and the sampling method used in this survey is random sampling method.The current paper is based on stratified random method of sampling and the sample size is limited to 1499 and this analysis is done through SPSS tool for acquiring better and accurate result and hence alternative hypothesis is proved Do you not aware of election laws. It is found that Alternative Hypothesis is proved and the null hypothesis is rejected. It clearly states that nearly 50% of the people are not aware of Election and Laws and Rule and Duty to Vote.
